Ultramarijn Below Deck
- Max capacity: 50 people
Hidden in our historic bank vault, this moody and exclusive space is made for unforgettable private dinners, wine pairings, or intimate events. A true conversation starter for those who like their evenings with a twist.
Botanica restaurant
- Max capacity: 300 people
Rooted in seasonality and Dutch soil, Botanica brings local flavours to life. Open daily for breakfast and lunch, Botanica is also available for group dinners of 15 guests or more. The restaurant offers a green and elegant setting for shared meals that feel relaxed and refined.
Garden
- Max capacity: 60 people
A hidden courtyard in the heart of the city, ideal for private lunches, toasts under the trees, or casual summer dinners. Nature and hospitality come together in this green oasis.
Atrium
- Max capacity: 100 people
Beneath the canopy of our indoor tree, this welcoming space is perfect for walk-around dinners, receptions, or unformal conversations. With a bright open feel, the Atrium adapts effortlessly to your event.

Adopting large-format bathroom amenities reduces plastic waste.
Providing filtered water in meeting areas and encouraging guests to drink tap water in guest rooms, which is safe, clean, and locally sourced, helps eliminate the need for over 300 plastic bottles per room each year.
“Green ingredients” in bathroom amenities are derived from sustainable, plant-based sources, carefully selected to avoid harming ecosystems.
